THE ALBUM LEAF: Proyecto del multi-instrumentalista Jimmy LaValle (TRISTEZA) perteneciente actualmente al sello SUBPOP, el cual ha sido responsable de publicar a grupos como NIRVANA, THE SHINS o THE POSTAL SERVICE. Rock atmosférico cargado de ciertos aires melancólicos, cuyas melodías han quedado plasmadas a lo largo de cuatro lp's, varios ep's y unas cuantas recopilaciones. Su música se puede escuchar frecuentemente a lo largo de la exitosa serie norteamericana THE OC. Su disco más reciente INTO THE BLUE AGAIN (2006) incluye colaboraciones de miembros de TELEFON TEL AVIV y THE BLACK HEART PROCESSION mientras que IN A SAFE PLACE cuenta entre sus invitados con miembros del grupo islandés SIGUR ROS.

trío oriundo de Chicago perteneciente a uno de los sellos más visionarios de esa ciudad: Thrill Jockey, cuyo catálogo ha sido perneado por influencias del jazz, la improvisación, el country, la electrónica de vanguardia y el pop más refinado. Con una alineación conformada por teclados, bajo y batería, Pit Er Pat despliega un universo sonoro atrapado entre telarañas a la mitad del camino entre el sueño y la vigía, en el que la voz de la tecladista Fay Davis-Jeffers nos guía a través de una noche laberíntica. CHILDS:
Paul Marrón y Guillermo Batiz son los responsables de los épicos lullabies electrónicos de Childs. Inspirados por las estéticas del anime, el dream pop islandés, los sonidos de la era shoegaze y el indie rock, su música va más allá de paisajes de ensueño y llega a un mundo pop lleno de oportunidades, en el que trascienden la simple moda de la música indie electrónica.

AUSTIN TV:
Esta alineación de jóvenes enmascarados representa fielmente las nuevas vertientes que ha tomado el rock en México en los últimos años. Con su emotivo paisajismo instrumental, Austin es uno de los grupos al margen de los grandes sellos discográficos que más convocatoria ha logrado, gracias a una base de fieles seguidores. Austin ha colocado en alto el nombre de los independientes al presentarse en eventos masivos como el festival Vive Latino.

Les Tragiques [banda invitada]: Mientras el grueso de la escena nacional se obsesionó con Ian Curtis y sus hijastros putativos de Interpol, el quinteto anterior y actualmente conocido como Les Tragiques sabía que Los Soberanos eran los buenos. Y Angélica María. Lo mejor es que no les da pena decirlo. Ye-yé francófono garagero. Nada más y nada menos que sonidos gourmet para bon vivants y la aristocracia MOD que recuerda con nostalgía como se divertían los chicos pop en los sesentas.
